Crescent Bay Saigon South

In a 2005 Competition Phu My Hung Corp.
was looking for Ideas to guide the development of the cultural and commercial heart of Saigon South.
We developed a layered approach which
structures the phased implementation with
assigning to each height level of buildings
a different urban figure -
7-story courtyard retail buildings
14-story linear office structures
21-story towers arranged in a bow to reflect
again the shape of the bay
