Gruenauer Street

The design proposes the conversion of a row of simple yet charming bungalows built in the 1970 with an excellent location overlooking the mountains close to Chemnitz. The bungalows are extended from around 90 to later 180 sqm area including a small apartment for lease. The step by step process was choosen due to budget restrains.
