Berlin Hotel Chaussee

At the prestigious inner city location of Chauseestrasse, in walking distance to the old city center, the investor proposed to rebuild an old typical Berlin courtyard house as a boutique hotel.
The loft-style design solution offers various accommodation types for short and long term rental, utilities such as conference rooms, a feature art bar &  full scale restaurant. An elevated green courtyard provides a romantic setting with typical Berlin character.
