City Center Leiden

The City of Leiden is a famous and beautiful old University City. In order to attract more tourists the city government commissioned a study to extend retail area and entertainment facilities.
In a process of workshops, a concept was developed to highlight historical sites and to place anchor retail as a key to revitalize the old center. The integration of historical landmarks and the famous music hall resulted in a rich cultural and commercial network preparing the  city for the future.
