A total of 4 of these 154unit apartment complexes are planned in the south side district in Phu My Hung. The projects features 12 apartment each floor which are reached from the elevators through a corridor open to the air (“Laubengang”). A public swimming pool and gym is located in the extensive garden level between the blocks.
Four 240sqm doublestory penthouses are designed with mansarde windows in a roof with copper color metal cladding.
