Canal District

The canal district is a prestigious neighborhood in the new Saigon South area that will be developed into a residential neighborhood with retail and leisure facilities.
A covered passage inspired by European examples concentrates the retail along the main road whereas a green promenade as a center axis links the 4 parcels with the river and the central public park. Open courtyard apartment complexes link the area with the open green space to the south.
