May 2009:

The Riverpark Residence will start construction. In the first phase the 59.000sqm condo complex with 286 high-end apartments for sale will consist of 3 towers with 12 to 26 floors. A second phase with equal size will be launched towards the end of 2009. Korn Architects are the lead designers of the project and also carried out construction documentation.
